Nura-58
2,4-D Amine Salt 58% SL

Nura-58 is selective, systemic and post-emergence weedicide which belongs to Phenoxycarboxylic group. It is used as wide spectrum weedicide for the control of annual & perennial broad leaf weeds in many crops. Its unique action makes it highly effective especially against Cyperus Rotundus which is one of the toughest weeds to kill.

Mode of Action

Nura-58 is rapidly absorbed by leaves and roots of the weed. It quickly penetrates into the plant tissue and causes abnormal biosynthesis of protein. This process results in uncontrolled cell division ultimately harming leaves and killing the target weed. It’s translocation action helps it travel throughout plant & finally accumulating in growing region of the crop where it acts as a growth inhibitor. It is hence a post-emergence herbicide as well finishing annual and perennial broad leaf weeds in wide range of crops.
